Ski Season is Coming……

Looking forward to delivering several more as our ski hills and resort communities across the Kootenays gear up for what promises to be a busy season!

If you have new staff coming in for the season, haven’t used our program before, or would just like a refresher for your staff, please reach out as the Calendar is filling up. The sessions are an informal presentation to hospitality sector managers and staff that provides insight to manage and mitigate the liabilities that can arise for businesses that serve liquor. They serve to highlight areas where simple ‘fixes’ can be employed to provide for the safety of your customers, while providing a great experience for all. It is also aimed and reducing the likelihood of penalties during Government inspections; and to provide evidence of the due diligence of licensees, should they ever have to contest allegations made against their business.

This is an ideal platform for all staff allowing them to engage and ask questions or discuss real scenarios and challenges they come across – It is especially useful for out of Province, and International staff, that have no experience of BC Liquor Regulation; and leaves all of your staff working from the same principles.
