This includes licences for Bars (Liquor Primary Licences), Restaurants (Food Primary licences), Distilleries and Breweries (Manufacturer Licences), Wineries, Liquor Stores (Licensee Retail Store Licences) and Non-medicinal cannabis retail stores.

The Liquor Distribution Branch of B.C. regulates the distribution of cannabis in the province. Careful coordination is required at the time you receive your Cannabis Retail Licence and as you secure your first delivery of stock. We manage the steps of the process for you, so you don’t have to worry about it.
