Ridge 8 Luxury Linen Reveal

One of the things I love most about managing and designing vacation rental properties is revisiting a space years later and seeing how well it has stood the test of time.

I originally designed and decorated Ridge 8 almost 9 years ago, so it was such a pleasure to get back into the unit and see how beautifully everything was still looking. It reminded me why I always say that good design is never just about trends, it is about creating spaces that feel elegant, timeless, and durable enough to age well. As you can see, the design choices we made all those years ago still hold up beautifully.

That said, even the best-designed spaces need attention from time to time, and this season it was time to give Ridge 8 a luxury linen update.

For this project, I selected beautiful bedding from Brunelli, a Canadian company out of Quebec that consistently delivers quality, comfort, and elevated style.

I am completely obsessed with the grey cotton flannel duvet cover. The softness is incredible, warm, cozy, and perfect for chilly mountain evenings. Made from 100% cotton flannel, it has an enveloping softness that instantly makes the bed feel luxurious and inviting.

I paired it with Brunelli’s reversible blue pinstriped quilt, which adds just the right amount of pattern and texture while keeping the overall look refined and classic. I especially love the versatility of the reversible design, giving two beautiful looks in one.

Each cushion was carefully selected to add texture, tone, and visual interest, helping to layer the bed beautifully and keep the overall look elevated and inviting. These finishing touches are what take a bed from functional to luxurious.

When I order bedding for rental properties, I always order double sets for every bed. While one set is being laundered, another is ready to go, helping turnovers run smoothly and ensuring the property always maintains a polished, hotel-style standard.
