Goat St Restaurant in Radium Hot Springswas one of those projects where our clients took on an established restaurant business and completely re-imagined it to suit their vision.

The transformation included reworking the interior layout and décor, making changes to the menu and food offering, creating a completely new outdoor area, and developing a well-thought-out drinks offering and service bar.

Anyone who has visited the restaurant can understand the vision that Kevin Serrano and his team have brought to life.

That vision extends right through to their branding and logo, which grabs the attention of travellers as they pass by and highlights a venue that they should check out.

There was also an important licensing component to the project.

The previous owners had unfortunately allowed the restaurant’s liquor licence to lapse. On the plus side, a fresh application allowed us to choose the right class of licence for Kevin’s business model, as well as secure approvals for the various endorsements required to make it work.

We were happy to help Kevin and his team achieve their goals, working through the licensing requirements and supporting the vision they had for Goat Street as they brought the restaurant to life.
