Licensee Staff Presentations (Panorama Mountain Resort)
A great start to the week enjoying the privilege, and pleasure of helping deliver a presentation on compliance with BC Liquor Licensing requirements at Panorama Mountain Resort during their F&B Staff Orientation
It’s always great to have the opportunity to meet with the incoming staff and to catch up with some of the long term managers and staff. This year’s group is from many different parts of the world, and were great to engage with.
Ski Hills and Resort Communities always tend to attract the attention of LCRB Inspectors during ski season, due to the large numbers of guests they attract – Arranging presentations for Food & Staff to highlight relevant BC Liquor requirements, and good practices helps keep liquor service compliant, and staff and patrons safe. This also helps provide the best experience possible for guests, while showing due diligence on behalf of the licensee.
