Licensing , Hospitality and Risk Management Solutions for Today and Tomorrow

Here’s a little bit more about us:

We are very much a family business – Graeme and Noelene have been happily married for almost thirty years; and have two grown children, Caoimhe, a Lawyer, and Luke, an aspiring firefighter.

Before moving to Canada from Northern Ireland almost in 2006, Graeme enjoyed a long and varied career in Law Enforcement which concluded with him specializing in major crime investigation with a National and International remit. His work encompassed a wide range of disciplines, including 23 years of plain clothes duties – From beat and patrol to criminal intelligence, counter-terrorism, drugs trafficking, covert investigation, and everything in between.

Graeme also completed almost 11 years with BC’s Liquor & Cannabis Regulation Branch, working in support of Licensees and their businesses across the Kootenays. He directed his efforts toward securing voluntary compliance via education and establishing relationships with his clients and stakeholders. Now working in the private sector, he took the natural step of drawing on his many years of experience and multi-faceted expertise to provide a range of consulting services. He is currently licensed as an Investigator in BC and has specialist training and experience in workplace investigation, and labour disputes.

Noelene trained as a hairdresser in Northern Ireland, operating her own successful businesses in that field, both there and in the Columbia Valley, after moving to Canada. Having undertaken in-depth courses in colour coordination and design, both for her own business, and beyond. Noelene diversified into Interior Design specifically tailored for the demands of the short-term vacation rental market. This service offers not only design consulting but also the sourcing of furnishing and decorative materials; and, where required, the coordination of trades required to develop or renovate a site.

Graeme and Noelene have built a unique network of contacts, clients and preferred sources of service delivery across many communities – They bring this, coupled with their experience, to help you optimize your business and realize your vision.

All about community!

For many years since moving to Canada, We have been deeply involved with junior hockey. For more than three years, Graeme was Vice President of Hockey Operations with The Columbia Valley Rockies. While with the club, I fulfilled a variety of roles, including General manager, before being appointed President of the Club.  With this, he assumed the role of a Governor on the Board of the Kootenay International Junior Hockey League (KIJHL).

Noelene filled the role of Billet Coordinator, Merchandise and Marketing Manager and is perhaps best known for her organizational skills at large local events, including Bull Riding in the Rockies; and the BC Pond Hockey Championships.

While no longer in formal roles with the hockey club, we both look forward to continuing to do what they can with hockey organizations and volunteer-based large events in the future. We hope to give back as much as possible back to the communities that support us while working to support the businesses that serve all our communities across the BC Interior.
