Summer Season Staff Presentations in Full Swing

One of a series of ongoing Food & Beverage Staff Presentations that are taking place before the Summer Season properly kicks off around the Kootenay’s.

These are tailored for all levels of staff, and managers; whether they are new to BC, their place of employment; or have experience in both.

We build upon the Serving it Right program, and BC Regulatory requirements to leave your team best equipped to deal with LCRB Inspections, liquor related incidents; and how to demonstrate ‘Due Dilligence’ while delivering great service.

Delivery is informal, interactive, and designed for a high level of engagement – Regular feedback is that they are both informative, and fun to attend. We are happy to say that no one has managed to fall asleep during one so far….

Our presentations are currently taking place in Golden, Radium Hot Springs, Panorama, Invermere, Fairmont Hot Springs; Canal Flats, Cranbrook, Kimberley, Fernie, and neighbouring communities.
