Nestled in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, Springside Townhomes offer a lifestyle surrounded by breathtaking lakes, endless skies, and vibrant nature. Our latest design palette for Unit 24 features a soothing light blue accent colour, reflecting the tranquil waters and expansive skies that define this stunning landscape.We are lucky enough to be surrounded by beautiful lakes so this was my inspiration for this colour pallet:

These units have been furnished with solid wood bed frames and nightstands ( customizable in finish and style ) Beautiful Custom made Kingsdown Mattresses ( 16” double sided eurotop ) High end bedding and furnishings including duvets,and LLBean Bedspreads .

The dining tables and chairs are all from Amisco out of Montreal ( fully customizable in size ,colour and metal leg finishes and tabletop options finishes)

The living space is elevated with the Pietro Sofa, a true embodiment of luxury and craftsmanship. This exquisite sofa is upholstered in genuine, top-grain leather, ensuring both durability and a sumptuous feel. The wooden base provides a sturdy foundation, while the sleek black metal legs add a touch of modern sophistication.

Every unit has 3 spacious decks with room for a hot tub ,all with amazing views of the Rocky Mountains to the back and the Columbia Valley to the front . All decks have been furnished with beautiful dining tables and chairs and occasional comfy chairs to relax and enjoy .

Every unit has been furnished to a very high standard including every pot,pan and dish you will need for your stay at Springside. Art work is all fun and in the same lake blue colour palette to remind you to enjoy the area and everything it has to offer …
