For those who are curious as to what we offer through our program, we explain how to manage and prevent incidents that commonly occur in Licensed Premises; and how staff can keep both themselves and their customers safe while delivering great service in a fun environment.

We also provide strategies to build a defence of ‘Due Diligence’ should the Licensee have enforcement or legal action directed at their business.

You will see that LCRB highlight that if a contravention occurs, eligible licensees can present these strategies as part of a defence of due diligence at an enforcement hearing.

Successfully proving a defence of due diligence means that a licensee avoids facing a penalty.

We show Licensees and their staff how they build evidence of this, and also how to prevent contraventions and incidents occurring.

As with the staff in Panorama, we make these presentations informal. They are designed to promote engagement; highlighting key points; while making them as fun and memorable as possible. We find this is the best way to deliver our message, and to have staff develop the practices promoted as a matter of habit.
