Good Practice & Due Diligence for Summer
Having a lot of fun joining the staff from several venues across East Kootenay to deliver some ‘Good Practice’ presentations before the Summer Season fully kicks in.
These sessions give servers and managers an opportunity to ask questions and to add some more tools to their ‘tool boxes’ that help deliver their hallmark great service in the safest way, while complying with Government requirements.
In turn this demonstrates that their licensees are doing their due diligence, to make sure their guests receive the best possible service, in a safe environment.
